Career Guidance
Career decisions are some of the hardest ones we face, and they rarely come with clear answers. You might be weighing a job offer against the comfort of what you know. You might be wondering whether to push for a promotion or explore a completely different direction. Maybe you've been laid off and you're trying to figure out what comes next. These moments are stressful, and it's hard to think clearly when the stakes feel so personal.
That's where coaching comes in. I work with people in tech who are navigating transitions, making big decisions, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we create dedicated space to step back, reflect on what matters to you, and build a plan that actually fits your life.
Does this sound familiar?
- You're job searching and want help telling your story, preparing for interviews, or evaluating offers.
- You've been in the same role for a while and aren't sure whether to stay, grow, or go.
- You're early in your career and trying to figure out what direction to take.
- You're going through a transition — a layoff, a reorg, a career pivot — and need a thought partner.
- You want honest, experienced feedback on your resume, your goals, or how you're showing up professionally.
After 20 years in tech, most recently leading engineering organizations at Indeed, I've sat on both sides of hiring panels, promotion committees, and performance reviews. I've helped dozens of people land roles where they thrived, navigate difficult workplace dynamics, and find clarity when everything felt uncertain. As your coach, I bring that experience to our conversations — not to tell you what to do, but to help you figure out what you want and how to get there.
Every person's situation is different, and so is every coaching engagement. We'll work together to understand your goals, your challenges, and your strengths, and tailor our sessions to what you actually need. If you're in a management role, I also offer leadership coaching.

“My one-on-ones with Noam help me digest and rethink the things I'm working on. It's a breath of fresh air, like finding an oasis in a desert. Noam helps me navigate my career and my mental health by providing insightful takes as well as giving me suggestions based on his own experiences. Being able to talk to someone that I am not directly reporting to [...] is really helpful; it allows me to reason about things that I might otherwise be too much in my own head about.”
— J.S., Principal Software Engineer
“I am grateful for Noam's continued mentorship because he listens carefully, offers advice, points me to where I can find more information or training, and suggests different ways of interpreting things. When I feel like the firehose of information becomes a sea in which I am floating adrift, Noam has provided that steady support that keeps me moving forward.”
— N.Q., Software Engineer
“Noam has answered a ton of my questions about what it is like to be a manager so I can be more informed about whether or not I want to pursue that track. [...] Noam has given me brilliant suggestions for how to approach getting impact statements for self-evaluations. I brought up situations in which it was unclear to me what good impact would look like, and Noam was able to inspire me to find evidence.”
— L.S., Senior Software Engineer
